How do I choose a size?

Use the measurements and fit notes on the product page, where supplied. Compare them with a similar garment you own. Sizes can vary between styles; message us with the product link if you need help before ordering.

Is American diamond jewellery made with natural diamonds?

No. American diamond jewellery is fashion jewellery with imitation stones. Refer to each listing for its stated materials, plating and care information. We do not describe it as natural diamond jewellery.

Will the colour look exactly like the photo?

Lighting and screen settings can affect how a colour appears. Read the description as well as viewing the photographs. If an item is materially different from its description, contact us for help.

Payments and delivery

Which payment methods can I use?

Use the methods currently displayed at checkout. UPI, online payment gateways and Cash on Delivery appear only when enabled and available. For a direct UPI order, follow the payment-page instructions and submit the transaction reference if requested; submitting a reference does not itself confirm receipt of payment.

When will my order arrive?

We normally dispatch within 1–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 3–7 business days, or 7–10 for remote locations. Read our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is delivery?

Your shipping charge and any free-shipping offer appear in the checkout summary before you place the order.

How do I track or change an order?

Visit Track Your Order. To change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee changes once it has been dispatched.

Returns and care

Can I return an item or exchange a size?

Request an eligible return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. Conditions, jewellery exclusions, delivery costs and refund details are in our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

How should I care for my purchase?

Follow the garment’s care label and the product-specific instructions. Keep fashion jewellery dry and away from perfume, cleaning products and prolonged moisture; store pieces separately in a dry pouch. Do not assume a fabric is machine-washable or a jewellery piece is waterproof.
