Where we deliver

We accept orders for delivery within India, subject to courier serviceability at your PIN code. If your location cannot be served, we will contact you and arrange cancellation and a refund of any payment received. Please ask us before placing an international order.

Dispatch and delivery

• Dispatch: normally within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and any required payment verification.
• Delivery after dispatch: normally 3–7 business days; remote locations may take 7–10 business days.
• Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

These are estimates. Pre-orders or made-to-order items, if offered, will have their own stated timelines. Festivals, severe weather and courier disruptions may cause delays. Contact us if your order passes its estimated delivery window.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge and any qualifying free-shipping offer are displayed in your checkout summary before you place your order. Please review that total; payment and delivery options can vary. Cash on Delivery is available only when offered at checkout.

Your delivery details

Provide a complete address, correct PIN code and an active mobile number. Contact us immediately if an address needs changing. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is returned after an unsuccessful delivery, we will discuss redelivery or cancellation and disclose any applicable redelivery cost before you agree.

Tracking and delivery concerns

Visit Track Your Order for account and support options. If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, photograph the packaging if possible and contact us promptly. Keep the packaging and any damaged items while we investigate. Photos help us resolve an issue; an unboxing video is not a condition for reporting a genuine problem.

For lost parcels, incorrect items or delivery disputes, our team will investigate with the courier and explain the appropriate replacement or refund options. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
