This policy explains the information handled when you browse or shop with Niya & Savya, create an account or contact our team.

Information we collect

• Account and contact information: your name, email address, phone number and account details when you provide them.
• Order information: purchased items, delivery and billing details, order status, payment method and transaction references. If you submit payment proof, it may contain information visible in that proof.
• Support information: messages, photographs or documents you choose to share about an order or product.
• Browsing information: IP addresses, session identifiers, product visits, time spent on product pages and repeat visits. Browsing activity may be associated with your customer account when signed in.

How we use information

We use information to manage accounts and orders, arrange delivery, verify payments, handle returns and support requests, maintain security, understand product interest and improve the shopping experience. We may also retain records needed for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.

We do not need your UPI PIN, OTP or full card security details. Enter those only in the appropriate payment provider’s secure flow, never in a support message or payment-reference field.

Cookies and browser storage

Session cookies support features such as sign-in, cart handling and request security. Browser storage also holds browsing identifiers and time-on-site information used for product analytics and promotional popups. These tools are not all essential to completing a purchase.

You can clear cookies and local storage or restrict them in your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or affect the cart and other features. Clearing stored browsing data does not remove order records held by the store.

When information is shared

Information may be handled by our hosting and technical service providers, delivery partners and the payment services used for your order, to the extent needed for their tasks. We may disclose information where required by law or to investigate fraud and protect lawful rights.

Embedded YouTube reels, externally hosted images, fonts and other third-party resources may send your IP address and technical request information to their providers when loaded. Using WhatsApp or following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy. Some providers may process information outside India.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purpose for which it is needed, including order fulfilment, support, accounting and applicable legal requirements. Retention can vary by record type. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may also ask us to stop optional communications or withdraw consent where processing depends on it. We may verify your identity before acting. Our store is intended for purchases by adults. A parent or guardian should place purchases for a minor. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us.
