Your next favourite look is on its way. Here’s how to check the progress of your order.

Check your account

Sign in using the account used at checkout and open My Orders. Your order list shows the latest status recorded by our store. This is an order update, not a live courier location.

Ordered as a guest?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the mobile number used at checkout. We will verify your details before sharing order information. You can find your order number on your order confirmation page or in your account.

What does my status mean?

• New: we have received your order; payment or order checks may still be pending.
• Processing: your order is being prepared.
• Shipped: your order has been marked as dispatched. Ask our team for the courier reference if it has not been shared with you.
• Delivered: your order has been marked as delivered.
• Cancelled: the order will not be dispatched; contact us if a payment needs to be checked.

Need an update?

If an order is taking longer than expected, or is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us with your order number. For expected delivery times, read our Shipping Policy.

We will never need your account password, OTP or UPI PIN to help you track an order.
