These terms explain how you may use the Niya & Savya website and purchase from our store. Please read them with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

Using our store

Place orders only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement, or through a parent or guardian who makes the purchase. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, protect your login credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account use. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful material.

Product information and pricing

Check the description, measurements, materials, included pieces and selected options before ordering. Screen colours can vary. American diamond jewellery is fashion jewellery, not natural diamond jewellery.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The checkout summary shows the amount payable, including applicable tax and delivery charges. Promotions may have stated eligibility conditions and expiry dates. If we identify a material pricing or stock error, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer cancellation and a refund where payment has been received, rather than charge a different amount without your agreement.

Orders and payments

An order number acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfilment remains subject to stock availability, payment verification where relevant and delivery serviceability. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil your order.

Only the payment methods displayed at checkout are available. Direct UPI payments require verification of receipt; a screenshot or entered reference alone does not establish successful payment. Do not share an OTP, UPI PIN or card security code with our team. If you are charged but the order does not complete, contact us with the transaction reference before paying again.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Our Shipping and Returns policies explain delivery estimates, cancellation requests, eligible returns, costs and refund processing. Product-specific restrictions must be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Website content and external services

Brand artwork, text and photographs are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission. External services, including payment providers, WhatsApp and embedded YouTube videos, have their own terms and privacy practices.

Questions, complaints and applicable law

For an order concern or complaint, contact us with your order number, relevant details and the outcome you are seeking. We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Your right to approach a competent consumer forum or other authority is preserved. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page; they do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.
